We Guide and Improve Production and Quality Control of the Products Customers Desire, to Provide High-quality Products at Low Cost
To serve customers’ needs to purchase high-quality products at reasonable prices, Ryoden finds low-priced products, then provides guidance in the improvement of production and management methods to raise the quality of those products to the levels required by customers. Even after delivery, we carry out on-site inspections of overseas production facilities when necessary.

- We begin by confirming the status of quality control at candidate manufacturers for the products desired by the customer. We assist those candidates in providing consistently high-quality products, through actions such as improving points that are inadequate and preventing defects.

- To confirm that the manufacturer can provide high quality continuously and consistently, we conduct regular audits. In some cases, to make doubly sure, we conduct product inspections ourselves before delivering the goods to the customer.
Quality Matching Service
Ryoden’s quality matching service is provided to serve the needs of customers who wish to purchase products at low prices but with stable quality. After discovering low-priced products, we guide the manufacturer in improving its production and management methods until quality reaches the desired level.
We then provide the products to the customer.
1. Grasping Customer Needs
After making sure that we understand the customer’s desires, we search for suitable products.
To narrow the roster of candidates, we judge from a medium- and long-term viewpoint whether each manufacturer can produce goods of the required quality and whether product inspection will be needed after delivery begins.
2. Raising Manufacturers’ Quality Level
We confirm the status of quality control at each candidate manufacturer.
Where the candidate is found to be inadequate, we request improvements. We assist the candidate in implementing management systems that can prevent foreseen quality defects and continuously delivering products of good quality.
3. Confirmation Before Delivery Through Product Inspections
To confirm that the manufacturer can provide high quality continuously and consistently, we conduct regular audits.
For the same purpose, in some cases we conduct product inspections ourselves before delivering the goods to the customer.
